No. The terms and conditions of your lifetime mortgage require you to live in the property. If you want to rent out the property, you’ll need to repay the outstanding mortgage balance.
Our phone lines and systems will be unavailable on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th May 2025 as we need to complete some essential maintenance. During this time, you’ll be unable to call us or log into your online account through our self-serve facility. If this is how you normally make your monthly payment, you’ll need to do this at another time or arrange a different way to pay.
