We’ve updated our self-serve facility – two-way secure messaging is now available
This means we will now respond to your messages through our self-serve facility. You can send us a secure message to ask a question about your account or provide us with information about your circumstances. You’ll also be able to look back at your message history (for messages sent or received after 7/3/2024).
How we’ll respond to your secure message
We aim to reply to your message within five working days. We’ll reply by secure message. You’ll see a red dot next to the ‘Contact Us’ icon at the top of the Account Summary screen to let you know you have a new message. You can find your new message in ‘View My Messages’.
The changes we’ve made mean that for less time sensitive queries, you won’t need to call us and wait to speak to an agent. If your query is urgent, please call us on 0330 159 7152. For more information or to send us a secure message, you can log into your account or register here.
