Your lifetime mortgage doesn’t have a specific end date. You only need to pay back the loan when the last borrower named on the mortgage moves into long-term care or passes away.
Our phone lines and systems will be unavailable on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th May 2025 as we need to complete some essential maintenance. During this time, you’ll be unable to call us or log into your online account through our self-serve facility. If this is how you normally make your monthly payment, you’ll need to do this at another time or arrange a different way to pay. Please visit our ‘Make your payment’ page, for all the other ways you can make a payment.
