We’re unable to set up a Direct Debit in a name that doesn’t appear on the mortgage. At least one mortgage holder name needs to appear on the bank account, this includes joint accounts.
Our phone lines and systems will be unavailable on 24th and 25th May 2025 as we need to complete some essential maintenance. During this time, you’ll be unable to call us or log into your online account through our self-serve facility. If this is how you normally make your monthly payment, you’ll need to do this at another time or arrange a different way to pay. Please visit our ‘Make your payment’ page, for all the other ways you can make a payment.
