How you can help:
We’re looking for volunteers to look at our communications and tell us if they are:
- Easy to understand
- Sent at the right times
- Providing the right amount of information to help our customers’ decision-making
What is the research:
There are two different types of research
- In-depth surveys
Carried out over 3 days, 30-40 minutes per day - Online surveys
20-minute online survey where you rate a small sample of our communications.
You will receive:
- If selected to take part in the in-depth survey you will receive £100 for completing the survey.
- If you consent to participate in our customer research, even if you are not selected to take part, you will be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of five £100 Amazon vouchers. You can view the draw terms and conditions here.
